2. Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return most items. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The item must be in the original packaging, including tags and any accessories.
  • The return request should be made within 5 days of receiving the product.

Exceptions:

  • Products that are perishable, personalized, or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
  • For hygiene reasons, items like cosmetics, intimate apparel, or swimwear cannot be returned.

3. How to Return Your Product

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Fill out the return form with your order details.
  3. Once the return is approved, you will receive a return label via email.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back to us using the return label.
  5. We’ll process your return and issue a refund to the original payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If you received a free or discounted shipping offer, the actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund based on your preference.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including but not limited to:
